HISTORY

DIENOS was born in 2025 from a simple but AMBITIOUS IDEA -TO REIMAGINE THE ARTISTRY OF KASHMIRI TAPESTRY CRAFTMANSHIP FOR CONTEMPORARY FASHION. OUR INSPIRATION CAME FROM THE INTRICATE WOVEN DETAILS FOUND IN TRADITIONAL KASHMIRI CARPETS,WALL HANGING, and textile art. These pieces are admired for their richness, depth, and storytelling, yet they were never intended to be worn. We set out to change that By combining the craftsmanship of Indian artisans with contemporary streetwear silhouettes, DIENOS transforms tapestry into wearable fashion. Every garment is developed to preserve the depth and character of woven textiles while introducing a modern aesthetic designed for today's generation. We don't aim to recreate tradition—we reinterpret it. CRAFTMANSHIP

At DIENOS, craftsmanship begins long before a garment is made. It begins with questioning what fabric can become .Instead of placing artwork on fabric, we build the artwork into it. Every design is translated into thousands of woven threads, creating depth, texture, and dimension that cannot be achieved through ordinary printing. Each piece requires careful development—from artwork adaptation and colour mapping to weave construction and garment finishing. The result is a fabric that doesn't simply display an image—it carries it within its structure. We don't create garments to follow trends.
